As a service campus, we support our independent retailers in their daily work on site from our two company headquarters in Karlsruhe and Bad Nauheim.


Your TASKS:


  • Administration and invoicing of advertising cost subsidy (ACS) funded measures
  • Creation of monthly reports for the associated cost centers and accounts
  • Regular monitoring of ACS measures
  • Support in the further development of controlling and reporting for the marketing department
  • Participation in the expansion of the billing system (including conducting test runs)
  • Maintenance and adaptation of contracts with marketing suppliers
  • Preparation of billing lists and invoicing for the entire marketing department

Your PROFILE:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Previous experience in controlling and financial accounting is an advantage
  • Very careful and reliable work style with a holistic approach
  • Organizational talent with a high level of service orientation and teamwork skills
