As a service campus, we support our independent retailers in their daily work on site from our two company headquarters in Karlsruhe and Bad Nauheim.

Your TASKS:

Administration and invoicing of advertising cost subsidy (ACS) funded measures
Creation of monthly reports for the associated cost centers and accounts
Regular monitoring of ACS measures
Support in the further development of controlling and reporting for the marketing department
Participation in the expansion of the billing system (including conducting test runs)
Maintenance and adaptation of contracts with marketing suppliers
Preparation of billing lists and invoicing for the entire marketing department

Your PROFILE:

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Previous experience in controlling and financial accounting is an advantage
Very careful and reliable work style with a holistic approach
Organizational talent with a high level of service orientation and teamwork skills
