Your responsibilities

Posting job advertisements and reviewing application documents
Conducting telephone interviews and inperson interviews independently
Supporting administrative employees and being the main contact for all relevant questions
Maintaining and developing partnerships with our existing clients
Filling requests for temporary employment and direct placement
Establishing and maintaining sustainable networking connections
Contacting educational institutions, universities, and the employment agency
Participating in job fairs

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training or degree
Ideally, some experience in recruiting, social media recruiting, or the service sector
Ability to inspire and convince clients and candidates with your personality
Strong relationshipbuilding skills and excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm for working with people
Pragmatic and solutionoriented approach
