HR Assistant
(m/f/d) in full-time for our renowned client in Bremen.
Your responsibilities:
- Administration and coordination in the HR department with a focus on the recruiting process:
- Processing of incoming applications according to established standards and documentation of the status of job placements
- Prescreening of application documents to simplify the recruiting process as support for decisionmakers
- Organization of job interviews, invitation management, data maintenance
- Support in conducting job interviews
- Administrative support in daily operations for various tasks
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with experience in HR
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Handson mentality with a strong customer service orientation
- Discretion, teamwork, flexibility, initiative, willingness to perform, resilience
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
