Description
Customer service plays one of the most important roles in maintaining a positive company experience for customers.

As the main point of contact for customers, members of customer service handle every order and situation in a personable and professional manner to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Customer Service Representatives are the primary liaison for Original Equipment and Aftermarket customers, they provide product information, resolve order related issues, coordinate credits/returns for deficiencies in quality/service, and effectively manage customer delivery and on time metrics.- Perform daily customer account checks and update customers on necessary shipment or production changes.- Effectively communicate with customers through various channels.- Build expert and dynamic product knowledge and/or the ability to quickly acquire product information to answer customer questions.- Document and resolve or escalate customer complaints effectively and efficiently.- Process order changes, cancellations, and special orders.- Track customer KPI's and metrics to ensure 100% compliance with customer requirements.- Manage Original Equipment customer accounts by coordinating order confirmation and production scheduling.- Research information using available resources to satisfy customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences nurture lasting relationships.- Support production control by performing cycle counts on parts and materials if needed, ensuring product OCV meets quality specifications, and separating product that can be utilized on additional orders.


Required Experience:

years' experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing with heavy emphasis on sales, distribution, manufacturing, and end-user.- Strong communication skills., written and verbal.- Basic math skills.- Computer Skills.- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.- Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills.- Able to work individually and as a team.- Ability to work independently with little supervision.- High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
