Your Team

Reporting to the Director, Finance , the Financial Analyst performs a variety of complex duties related to the preparation, analysis and reporting of financial and operational information for the company.

This information and analysis will be used in business planning and forecasting, investment analysis, treasury analysis and other key strategic decisions.

Your Key Deliverables
Reviewing regional submissions of business plan and providing analysis
Drafting regional business plan assumptions
On a monthly basis providing updated cash and income forecasts and analysis
Review and analysis of sales, closings and other KPIs impacting the business and recommending action
Preparing operating dashboard, performance reports and other presentations to senior leadership
Review and analysis of regional market trends and information
Review and analysis of capital markets activity and competitor results
Analysis of regional and/or asset level cash flow
Performing project level valuation analysis
Other financial diligence around equity or debt instruments
Market level due diligence
Must Haves
The Financial Analyst should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics
At least 1-2 years of related professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, investment banking or a related field
Strong financial and analytical skills as well as working knowledge of financial modeling and discounted cash flows
Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience in real estate would be an advantage
