Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for coordinating transport routes (via GPS system)
  • Processing and creation of freight documents
  • Truck handling
  • Initial recording and documentation of damages
  • Communication and support with drivers and contractors
  • Active communication with the internal transport and planning department
  • Monitoring of legal regulations, especially regarding driving and rest times as well as hazardous goods regulations.

Qualifications:

  • You have completed training as a freight forwarder or a similar field
  • You have professional experience in the transport industry (national or international)
  • You have good language skills in German and English (knowledge of Russian, Romanian or Bulgarian is an advantage)
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are proficient in MS Office
  • You have a high awareness of costs and quality and enjoy finding solutions
  • You are motivated, flexible and have a strong sense of determination.
