    A leading FMCG business based in Sydney are looking for a CFM for a 12 month FTC. The role will go permanent for the right candidate

    As this Australian FMCG business continues to go from strength to strength they are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to support their Sales teams in driving revenue growth across the product portfolio.

    The role is an initial 12 month FTC but with the business continuing to grow they are looking at this hire as a long term addition to the business.

    Overseeing a small team, the key duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:

    Working closely with sales to help grow revenue across the product portfolio
    Helping maximise returns from trade spend
    Working cross functionally to understand levers influencing pricing outcomes for the business EG COGS
    Working closely with the business to review business proposals and ensure commerciality
    Review product ranges to ensure profitability across the portfolio, challenging the value of underperforming brands

    Experience working in a fast paced FMCG environment
    A proven track record of driving commercial outcomes with sales functions
    Great communication skills to work across the business
    CA/CPA qualification is preferred
