QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
- Have a positive attitude and be customer servicefocused
- Association degree or in the related field.
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative support roles.
- Must type data accurately at 45+ words per minute (WILL BE TESTED)
- Fast and accurate alphanumeric data entry skills, proficiency data entry
- Proficiency and advanced in Microsoft, Word, Excel
- Must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel for various reporting, preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Basic office machinery (copier, fax scanner)
- Must have at least two years of general clerical work and filling experience in an office environment
- At least three years experience in administration skills and customer service
- Experience in QuickBooks is a plus
- Effective and advanced in verbal and written communication skills
- Must have advanced problem solving, handling customer complaints, and be able to use independent judgment to resolve issues in a timely manner within established guidelines
- Must be able to manage high call volume with no more than three rings in multiplephone lines system professionally, friendly, and fast timely manner
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, and work in a teamoriented
- Prioritizing tasks with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment
- Excellent organizational, detailoriented, and timemanagement skills
- Must be proactive and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to change as well as the ability to grasp new concepts and processes including technology
- Report to work on time, in clean and the company dress code including personal appearance and grooming must conform to our standards.
- Punctuality and dependability with consistent attendance
- Reliable transportation. Required to work a flexible schedule
- Available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays sometime
- Must pass a criminal background check and a drugfree workplace.
The job responsibilities and duties include but is not limited to follow:
- Provide exceptional service to all guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, professional, and timely manner as soon as they walk into our office.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation and auditing.
- Performs all aspects of front deskrelated functions and reports unusual occurrences or requests to the manager immediately.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching, and resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Keep the guest waiting area of our offices clean at all times.
- Perform general administrative duties and office clerical functions, including maintaining, scanning, billing, data entry, auditing, filing, faxing, and managing database
- Create and prepare different reports, records, and spreadsheets in EXCEL.
- Mastering heavy data entry in a computer with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate in the organizing of meetings and company events.
- Running errands for the Office and Upper Management Team
- Supervisor and handle the cleaning crew.
- Support office staff with various tasks as needed.
- Maintains supplies for the company.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- You may be crosstrained in other areas as well as various duties as assigned.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug and alcohol tests.
