    Technoholic Advance Solutions is a managed IT service provider based in Houston, Texas, with a team of highly skilled IT professionals that implement and service all aspects of the technology used in modern business practices.

    Position Summary:

    We are in search of a commission-driven Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will focus on maximizing their earnings through a lucrative commission structure by identifying new business opportunities, establishing robust client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual with stellar communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of working in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing effectively, and meeting stringent deadlines. Proficiency in using common sales tools and technologies is preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively research and pinpoint potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.
    • Develop and sustain client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
    • Craft and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Skillfully negotiate and seal sales deals to meet and surpass commission-based sales targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, support, and product development to ensure client satisfaction and discover new sales opportunities.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in technology products and services.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical information to diverse audiences.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
    • Proficient in presentation and negotiation.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledgeable in common sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales automation software.
    • Understanding web products and services is highly beneficial.
