For our location in Fürth Bislohe, we are currently looking for a:


Sales Manager (m/f/d) full-time


We are seeking a reliable team manager for all areas (bicycles / e-bikes / clothing / parts and accessories) for our point of sale.


Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining a STADLER philosophy for service and consultation
  • You also implement measures for sales promotion
  • You act as a role model for consultation, sales, and service
  • You coach your employees in terms of customer orientation and sales conversations directly at the point of sale
  • You are present and the leader in sales
  • Product setup and presentation
  • Responsible for sales and profitability of the store
  • Professional leadership and development of employees, as well as scheduling their shifts
  • Ensuring high customer and service orientation

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience as a manager in retail, ideally in a consultingintensive industry
