We are currently seeking to strengthen our team in the central sterilization department at our location in Pleasant View, KY.


What to expect:


  • In this role, you will be responsible for the processing of medical products. This includes assembly, disassembly, maintenance, functional testing, and storage of medical instruments.
  • You will also be responsible for manually cleaning and chemically disinfecting medical utensils, as well as performing sterilizations using a steam sterilizer.
  • Afterward, you will release the sterilized items for reuse and document your completed tasks using the available computer system.
  • Lastly, you will also have some administrative tasks and will be responsible for ordering supplies.

What sets you apart:


  • Previous experience in professional sterilization and a willingness to work in shifts (according to individual agreement) is desirable.
  • The necessary training courses can be completed through us.
  • Proficiency in German at level B2 is important for daily work.
  • Your openminded personality and ability to work independently, as well as your strong social and communication skills and friendly and confident demeanor, set you apart.
  • The ability to contribute to change processes / openness in cooperative, trusting collaboration within an interdisciplinary team is another plus.
