- Strong knowledge in Java v1.8 and knowledge on latest Java upgrades
- Required hands-on experience in Spring/Spring boot framework
- Required hands-on experience in WAS or any equivalent application server
- Required hands-on experience in Struts framework
- Required hand-on experience in Hibernate ORM framework
- Should have a strong hands-on in writing SQL
- Knowledge in React framework
- Experience with versioning tools such as Git
- Experience in writing in Junit
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Should be aware of Java coding standards and best practices and should adhere to them at all times.
- Knowledge of JSP tag libs,
- Hands-on experience in development of Web services REST API.
- Understanding of SOAP web services
- Knowledge of Microservices
- Object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience with Scrum and the Agile SDLC (Preferred)
- Knowledge on integration of backend code with React front end.
- Perform requirement analyses.
- Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
- Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
- Technical review of work done by developers and providing feedback.
- Work allocation & tracking of deliverables
- Sound knowledge of estimation techniques.
- Good understanding of unit testing methodologies.
- Very good communication skills.
