This remote W2 contract position will provide systems and application support of the web infrastructure and cloud services supporting tasks for existing web infrastructure, systems, and applications issues include the following:

• Provide design, development or technical support for WebSphere and IIS application platforms
• Provide design, development of automated application deployments and staging in web environments
• Provide day to day operational support - resolve problem tickets, abends, application scheduling issues and questions associated with web infrastructure and application support

Additional details:

• Will close to submissions on 6/3/2024 at 4:00PM CST.
• Interview Process: Online video conference
• Duration: 6/30/25 with possible extensions
• Remote or On-site? 100% remote, however Candidate MUST be a WI resident.

Top Skills & Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in the following:

• WebSphere infrastructure
• Novell access manager
• F5/VIP architecting and configuration
• WebSphere Liberty

Nice to have skills:

• Supporting web-based development using Java, JavaScript, Nexus, Maven, and Jenkins
• Linux Redhat experience
• Okta and DataDog

The candidates must have skills and experience in the following:

• Supporting web-based development using: Java, JavaScript, WebSphere, IIS, Nexus, Maven, Jenkins, and container platforms
• Web Server applications delivery, deployment, automation, and load testing
• WebShere – 5+ years
• System administration – 5+ years
• Application staging, troubleshooting and performance tuning - 5+ years
• IIS – Installation, configuration, troubleshooting for applications – 3+ years
• F5/VIP – Architecting, configuration, and testing – 3+ years
• eDIR (eDirectory) – configuration, troubleshooting, and changes – 3+ years
• Application debugging – working with developers to debug application changes – 3+ years
• NAM (Novell Access Manager) advising on configuration changes – 2+ years
