    Description

    Data Analyst

    Targeted Years of Experience: 5 + years

    We are open to other Verizon offices in the EST time zones but preferably in this order: (Hybrid 1 Day a week 4 Day Remote - Might Change in future)

    Temple Terrace, FL

    Alpharetta, GA

    Basking Ridge, NJ

    Annapolis Junction, MD

    Max Pay rate: $50 - $55 C2C (All Inclusive)

    Responsibilities:

    • Structure, manage, and extract data from applications.

    • Apply statistics and modeling to provide quality information and answer business questions.

    • Produce data and information from previous statements from the company.

    • Ensure data and information is up to date.

    • Develop strategies in order to increase testing team efficiencies.

    • Review strategies and procedures for corporate and operating system efficiencies.

    • Create and support executive level dashboards and communications

    MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

    • 5 years of experience
    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment and ability to think outside the box
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to take initiative in researching problems and proposing solutions
    • Experience with either Google suite or Microsoft suite is required
    Nice to have:
    • Experience with UAT/QA testing practices
    • Knowledge of qTest reporting functionalities and salesforce
    • Executive level presentation skills
    • Knowledge of Jira
    • Background in database creation
