- Detailed Cleaning and Documentation: Clean all parts for reuse, document their condition thoroughly, and maintain clear records of inspections.
- Disassembly and Repair: Disassemble products for repairs or replacements, using hand torches and liquid nitrogen when necessary.
- Inspection: Conduct precise inspections of components and assemblies, meticulously recording your findings.
- Cleaning and Painting: Ensure parts are spotless by removing dirt, oil, grease, etc. before assembly. Apply primers and finishes using spray equipment.
