Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- General facility improvements of changing light bulbs, electrical outlets, ceiling tiles, cracked floor tile, etc.
- Repair, regular maintenance, and troubleshooting floor drains.
- Complete general maintenance and cleaning of facility to include rooftop filters, pressure wash sidewalks, clean ice machines, etc.
- Other general repairs and maintenance as assigned.
- 1+ years of related experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- General plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry skills to complete basic repairs
- Commitment to regular attendance
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take initiative, ownership and prioritize
- Ability to work with power tools
- Ability to use ladders
- Good communication skills
