    Description

    Join GDT as a Senior Solutions Architect

    As a Senior Solutions Architect at GDT, your role is crucial in assisting account managers with technical presentations and designs for our solutions and services. You will be the expert responsible for all technical aspects of sales campaigns, collaborating closely with sales and services teams to ensure client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define strategy and compare solution approaches
    • Build key relationships and configure solutions
    • Present technical briefings and demonstrations
    • Qualify consulting engagements and services
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team skills
    • Evaluate sales opportunities based on technical requirements
    • Prioritize efforts and maximize team productivity
    • Drive engagement conversions and provide feedback
    • Collaborate with leaders for new solutions and offerings
    • Utilize extensive knowledge of operating systems

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Deep expertise in technology and enterprise IT
    • Strong presentation skills and relationship-building
    • Subject matter expert in various technologies
    • Experience in consulting engagements and services
    • Proven ability in coaching and mentoring team members
    • Effective in prioritizing opportunities and efforts
    • Track record of driving engagement conversions
    • Reputation for providing feedback and suggesting improvements
    • Extensive experience with operating systems

    Certifications:

    Required certifications include Cisco, NetApp, Fortinet, Juniper, (ISC) certifications, ITIL, Enterprise Architect Certifications, and more. Possessing a range of certifications demonstrates your expertise across multiple vendors and technologies.
