    Judson Group has partnered with a growing, well-respected $2B RIA in Northbrook in the search for an

    Operations Specialist.

    The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational and technology needs of the firm.

    The ideal candidate has previous financial services experience, including familiarity with CRM, portfolio accounting and reporting systems, technology platforms, and all other operational functions.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join a growing firm that offers a strong growth path, working closely with the firm's C-suite leadership to increase efficiencies for the firm.

    A candidate that has strong Excel skills and an interest in technology implementation will be the best fit for this team.


    Responsibilities:
    Perform routine data quality assurance procedures across various resources including CRM, portfolio accounting and reporting systems
    Responsible for processing all fund transfers and new account setup
    Aid in the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of operational workflows
    Responsible for developing a strong knowledge of the firm's software packages and technologies
    Play a vital role in the firm's reporting needs
    Ability to improve operational efficiencies and best practices
    Work with CCO to take over compliance duties
    Responsible for front end functions including manning phones, office operations, and marketing

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree required; business related degree highly preferred
    Previous financial services/wealth management experience preferred
    Mastery of Excel required
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
