WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Coordinate, monitor and manage incoming sales leads for prompt evaluation of opportunity and subsequent Sales associate assignment.
  • Primary contact for bid and contracts management.
  • Primary contract for sales collateral and marketing material.
  • Administer internal deal review process.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Support sales and business development efforts by participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development activities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for new service sales.
  • Manage and coordinate Sales associates commission payments with finance, HR and Service leadership.
  • Define and track key sales metrics and KPIs, using data and analytics to measure sales performance and inform decision making.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
