- Generate and submit applications for green, sustainability, eco-friendly, etc. industry certification/approvals.
- Assess and implement best practices and SOPs
- Responsible for staying up to date on all regulatory laws, notices both domestic and international
- Monitors and responds to information requests regarding FDA and international industry requirements and regulations; including organizing international product registration
- Establish company-wide sustainability goals and a roadmap.
- Manage and update sustainability progress.
- Supervises quarterly updates to product information database
- Responsible for various aspects of the quality complaint / resolution processes including customer, departmental, supplier, and third-party Lab interactions.
- Prepares presentations for management, the sales team, customers, and others as needed.
- Assists marketing with regulatory & sustainability information as needed.
- Participate and Approve changes (as required)

Summary: Regulatory & Sustainability Expert/Specialist role manages regulatory and sustainability projects. Provides training, prepares presentations and documentation as requested. Ensure statutory compliance of all regulatory requirements.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree– Chemistry or related field from four-year accredited college. Minimum 3-5 years work experience in cosmetic regulatory field.
