- Credit Cards
- Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, and Treasury Management Teams to support Nicolet Bank's retail and business credit card products
- Handle tasks like setting up new business credit card accounts, managing existing accounts, and addressing account-related issues
- Act as a point of contact for advanced servicing requests and issues from Frontline, Call Center, and Operations teams
- Be responsible for credit card portfolio reporting, including tasks like Weekly and Monthly Delinquency reports and Application Disclosure & Notice mailings
- Conduct training sessions for internal staff on Credit Cards
- Assist in cross-selling and closing sales opportunities for prospective business credit card clients
- ATMs
- Collaborate with ATM vendors and branches regarding ATM installations, upgrades, and service matters
- Support branches with ATM service issues and upgrades, including providing training
- Develop and update training and troubleshooting procedures
- Debit Cards
- Offer reporting & analysis on Debit Card portfolio performance to identify trends and opportunities for increasing cardholder usage
- Instant Issue
- Deliver training to new retail bankers and branches on best practices for Instant Issue
- Maintain current Instant Issue procedures and communicate changes to the Frontline team as necessary
- Create, Review, and Provide Instant Issue reports to relevant teams
- Special Projects
- Support Project Teams in implementing new products
- Assist with Project Teams during Bank acquisitions & conversions
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, thereby enhancing service quality
- Promote diversity in the workplace and collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is desirable
- 1-3+ years of retail banking experience
- Proficiency in PC, phone system, and general office equipment operation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Effective presentation skills and creativity
- Comfortable with public presentations and selling credit card products
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn new programs and software
