    Description

    Job Title: Production Support Specialist at Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accept donations with gratitude and provide assistance to customers
    • Treat donated items respectfully and acknowledge customer contributions
    • Offer Donation Receipts and distribute Donation Coupons as needed
    • Sort donations in First In-First Out order
    • Pre-sort donations efficiently
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the donation door
    • Sort and price items accurately
    • Collaborate with leaders on merchandising needs
    • Ensure continuous production by requesting necessary materials
    • Dispose of trash carts when full
    • Price new goods with pre-set tags
    • Assist customers with carryouts
    • Contribute to store recovery efforts

    Requirements:

    • Customer service skills
    • Willingness to assist in various tasks
    • Preferably, experience in a retail or warehouse setting
    • Basic computer competency for e-learning and intranet use
    • Experience with handling equipment such as pallet jacks, flatbeds, and compactors is preferred
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, engage in truck loading/unloading, and work on the sales floor
    • Physical agility to perform bending, lifting, and operating a cash register
    • Travel may be required to other locations
