R28911 Product Specialist - Electrical


YOUR IMPACT:

  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new product development or enhancement.
  • Create new sales order configurator components that expand the product offering.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, features, and specifications.
  • Review and communicate option conflicts to design personnel and support in resolution in bill of material change projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, assisting with product selection, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and certifications to ensure product compliance and quality assurance.
  • Work on or lead projects to keep sales configurator data up to date and accurate; projects are team based or individual.
  • Maintain text, pricing, and component compatibility for the sales order configurator.
  • Develop comprehensive product documentation, including technical datasheets, user manuals, and training materials, to support internal teams and external customers.
  • Identify consistent bill of material errors and implement changes to correct the errors.
  • Translates sales orders into engineering bill of material.
  • Support internal Sales with product information.
  • Support various product training programs where needed.
  • Focus on obsolescence and communicate with engineering, purchasing, operations, etc. for efficiency of replacements following the process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, Engineering or related field.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation competencies.
