    Description

    How You'll Perform the Role

  • Work with mold departments supervisors, mold maintenance and mold techs in order to identify problems in the processing of product
  • To continuously take a proactive PM position with the shops tooling
  • Review injection molding processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement
  • To ensure injection molding process are optimized and documented
  • To maintain cavitation
  • Assist action teams and increase awareness of awareness of continuous improvement to the technical staff
  • To start up new tools, document and develop process sheets

    • What We Need From You

  • High School diploma or equivalent, some technical school
  • Working knowledge of injection molding process
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
  • Work overtime as required
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management
  • Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
  • The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management
