Klondike Corner 'Die Lindemann Silikon GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer of silicone products. The company processes silicone material using extrusion and injection molding methods. These processes are used to produce hoses, profiles, and molded parts in various cross-sections.

To expand our team, we are looking for a:

Job Responsibilities
Conducting, organizing, and documenting experiments on extrusion equipment, developing fixture ideas
Conducting experiments on new and adjusting existing silicone mixtures
Implementing and adapting new and existing products in the extrusion process and fixture construction, and documenting the processes
Analyzing and troubleshooting production errors
Acting as a liaison with the toolmaking department and communicating with management
Monitoring extrusion equipment during operation, optimizing cycle times, machine speed, reducing waste, and implementing new findings as part of continuous improvement

Qualifications
Work experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in a similar industry
Training as a process mechanic specializing in plastic and rubber technology or a skilled worker in a metalworking profession (alternatively, an application technician)
Ability to think in processes
Technical understanding
Completed vocational training'
