    Description

    Position Information:

    The position offers the flexibility of working mostly remote with occasional on-site meetings in Raleigh, NC. Candidates must operate within EST Business Hours.

    Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer for a minimum 12-month contract, with a potential for extension. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy tailored solutions for the Child Welfare program within the Salesforce platform.

    Job Description:

    The main focus of this role is to create efficient and scalable technical solutions for Child Welfare by customizing Salesforce. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to configure the platform according to specific business needs.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Code and develop solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
    • Customize and configure Salesforce based on business requirements
    • Collaborate with internal and external technical teams
    • Integrate Salesforce with other systems
    • Perform unit testing and collaborate with QA teams
    • Track development activities in Jira boards
    • Conduct sessions to gather and refine requirements
    • Design and implement scalable solutions
    • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices

    Required/Desired Skills:

    • Experience with lightning component development - 7 Years
    • Experience developing and maintaining Apex code and Apex Tests - 7 Years
    • Experience developing and maintaining Visualforce pages - 3 Years
    • Experience with Salesforce integrations of 3rd Party apps - 7 Years
    • Experience with data migrations from legacy systems - 3 Years
    • Experience with Copado - Highly desired - 1 Year
    • Experience with Copado Robotics Testing - Highly desired - 1 Year
    • Experience issuing tickets to Salesforce - Highly desired - 1 Year
