Your role- You will be responsible for the strategic procurement of construction and planning services for new construction and renovation projects in collaboration with internal departments and project managers, general planners, and project controllers globally- You will conduct market analyses for regional and EU suppliers- You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of tenders and evaluation of offers- You will negotiate and independently award construction services- You will take on tasks related to contract management- You will be responsible for reporting on procurement activities- You will drive supplier management- You will develop project procurement strategies- You will defend against changes and claims- You will manage the category management of individual trade groups

Your profile- You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, business engineering, construction management, or a related field- You have several years of relevant experience in construction procurement- You have technical and commercial competence or relevant experience in the real estate and construction industry- You have a solid understanding of national contract law, the HOAI, and the VOB- You have analytical skills, initiative, and negotiation skills- You are a team player with strong communication skills- You are flexible with your time and have strong organizational skills- You are highly motivated and responsible
