FIEGE X LOG, a joint venture between the department store chain Galeria and logistics service provider FIEGE, is currently seeking a working student (m/f/d) for the Logistic Consulting department at our West Hurley, NY location starting on April 1st, 2023.


We are responsible for organizing and optimizing the entire Galeria logistics (2,500 employees, 500,000 m2 of warehouse space) and ensuring the delivery to all stores.

In addition, we focus on developing innovative omnichannel business models.

Your tasks:

  • You will support the Logistic Consulting team in optimization projects.
  • You will prepare data and present information in PowerPoint.
  • You will maintain schedules and status reports using common MS Office tools.
  • You will take on ad hoc tasks from daily business.
  • You will assist in the preparation and followup of meetings and presentations.

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in the field of business or engineering with a focus on logistics and/or supply chain management and are looking for the ideal opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.
  • You have a strong interest in taking on tasks independently.
