    Position Overview:
    Triangle has an immediate opening for a Site Manager in our Randolph location.

    The qualified candidate will supervise a team that provides the support, challenge, and opportunity people with disabilities need to achieve their career and personal goals.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Daily:
    Supervises staff to deliver community based activities that are aligned with Community Based Day Supports and Employment Supports models
    Manages, updates, and verifies work and CBDS schedules, distributes to team, and oversees implementation
    Creates and sustains a safe environment for participants emphasizing Positive Behavior Supports
    Ensures proper participant supervision is being provided in-house and in the community, at supported employment sites, and during times of transition including transportation at beginning and end of day
    Serves as primary point of contact for families, school partners, state funding partners, and community/employer partners
    Implements contracting and billing procedures for DDS and school contracts
    Networks and connects with community organizations to set up opportunities including volunteering/internships, employer tours, social/recreational, employment skills and independent living activities, all performed in the community
    Ensures programming and employment activities most often occur in the community
    Oversees training and orientation of new staff for software systems, programming components, and program related logistics
    Coaches staff to provide individualized support and problem solving for participants and their families
    Reports progress and challenges to Director of Transition & Community Services on a regular basis
    Ensures and maintains proper staff to participant ratios; provides direct care support as needed
    Provides regular checks-ins with direct reports, their staff, and program participants to ensure services relate to individual's goals, needs, desires & interests
    Consults with Program Coordinators to ensure consistent case management practices are followed

    Along with Program Coordinators, implements systems to collect accurate data as needed for ISP's, behavior plans, monthly progress notes, etc.

    Provides oversight to ensure ISP documents are submitted on-time and ISP goals are met; checks HCSIS for any ISP submissions or Incident report related issues that need to be addressed
    Leads site to successful QUEST audits every 2 years
    Ensures Employment Specialist is billing as assigned, developing employment leads, and job coaching participants as necessary; reassigns staff as needed to provide employment supports
    Ability to cold call companies/businesses/organizations to create volunteer and employment opportunities
    Participates in agency wide committees and initiatives as assigned
    Other duties as assigned

    Training Requirement:
    The employee will be trained in and capable to implement SafetyCare positive behavioral support oriented behavior management skills.

    In accordance with SafetyCare behavior management protocols, the employee may need to provide physical behavioral management techniques (i.e., one or two-person stability holds) in order to keep participants safe.

    Attends other meetings or trainings that may be required
    Ensure site is clean and presentable
    Review, remedy, and submit weekly billing via Penelope or other reports

    Monthly:
    Identifies needs and resources for staff training and development
    Reviews contract utilization reports and adjusts accordingly
    Audits and reviews participant charts, Penelope database notes, and/or HCSIS entries in order to ensure proper documentation and in timely manner
    Tracks and balances petty cash for Community Based Day Supports/Employment Programs
    Reviews, controls, and approves employee expense reports
    Reviews budget and contract utilization; adjusts accordingly
    Coordinates with Program Coordinators and staff to create and implement monthly schedules for program; solicits and provides feedback on a consistent basis to improve quality of services
    Audits 2 participant binders per month and provides feedback to Program Coordinators
    Conducts bimonthly staff meetings
    Provides monthly, one-on-one documented supervision with direct reports
    Attends bimonthly managers' meetings
    Serves as site representative (or appoints) for APLT, Human Rights Committee
    Meets monthly with Director of Transition & Community Services for supervision
    Create agenda and lead monthly check in meetings with school partners
    Conducts vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and reports issues as appropriate
    Conducts fire drills regularly and log the results of the drill in the fire safety book
    Submits progress reports to school partners

    As Needed:
    Supports staff and creates team setting for productive and positive environment
    Intervenes in significant behavioral incidents to ensure the safety of participants and staff
    Reports any internal or external maintenance needs to the building owner and/or Triangle Facilities Manager as appropriate
    Reports or manages repairs or maintenance issues with Triangle vehicles; informs appropriate parties as necessary
    Leads interviewing and hiring new employees for site, communicating with Director and Human Resources as appropriate
    Oversees the review and intake of potential referrals; communicates with DDS, Director, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Supports as necessary
    Supports Employment Specialist in attaining competitive employment opportunities
    Review potential referrals for new students, communicate with funders, and facilitate tours for families; track intake process
    Attends and represents Triangle at philanthropic or community events
    Works night and weekend hours as needed/required to support program, staff, and participants
    Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred; may substitute with combinations of prior experience/credentials
    2 or more years of Direct Care experience required (day, residential or other related field)
    2 or more years of Supervisory/Managerial experience
    State/Federal background check
    Massachusetts Driver's License and clear driving record
    Language Skills
    Ability to verbally communicate
    Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and write documents.
    Ability to respond and navigate common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, or
