- Manage accurate and detailed field inspection reports, including photos, for project recordkeeping.
- Work as part of a team to gather field information required by governing bodies.
- Use testing instrumentation and devices to perform thorough field inspections
- Ability to climb and work at heights
- Ability to travel overnights
- Conform to safe working practices
- Requires a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Some college or technical education in the area of engineering, building inspection technology, construction management, or construction technology is valuable, but a high school diploma is required
- Ability to pass a physical examination
