What you will do as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Investments:

  • Creative and open collaboration with customers and non-customers: As a representative (m/f/d) of the bank, you will support our private savings customers and interested parties by phone, without any sales targets.
  • You will also handle customer orders related to account management in the savings area.
  • You will be the first point of contact for our private customers for all questions regarding online banking.
  • As a communication expert, you will answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • You will handle followup tasks and take on administrative duties related to customer management.

What you bring to the table:

  • Solid experience in a similar position.
  • Completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications; alternatively, experience in customer consulting in another industry.
  • High quality awareness and independent work style.
  • Team spirit, enjoyment of telephone customer contact, and a sense for customer needs.
  • Willingness to work flexibly during our availability hours.
