Facility Management Object Manager (m/f/d) | Building Technology | Tübingen

Your responsibilities with us:

Managing technical and infrastructure teams in your assigned objects, including scheduling
Monitoring all technical processes, including quality assurance
Ensuring the costeffectiveness of your facility management contracts
Monitoring profits and costs, and being responsible for staying within budget
Fulfilling existing contractual relationships
Communicating with clients and authorities
Coordinating and managing all service areas for your facility management clients

Your place of work will be in Tübingen.

What we are looking for:

Completed vocational training as an electrician for energy and building technology, electrician for industrial engineering, plumber (m/f/d), or similar
Several years of relevant work experience (at least 3 years) and good references in managing similar projects
Commitment and a strong serviceoriented mindset
