Print Management Sales Division Brand Management Sales Division Engagement Sales Division Athletic Sales DivisionJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Assist in areas when directed and provide support to assigned book of business by: Internal and external customer sales support.
Assist clients with efficient placement of orders of all types. Manage customer samples, proofs, mock-ups, etc. when necessary. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all orders according to customer needs and objectives. Effectively communicate project status with client and sales team. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Work with preferred supplier network to come up with creative product ideas and manage orders. Support business segment with creative product sourcing through vendor network. Work with sales team on pricing and gross margin on sales. Assist and coordinates with sales team on print-related processes and projects. Prepare and maintain detailed daily status report on all active project requests. Actively ensuring effective and open communication with team members. Embrace problems and provide efficient solutions. Maintain ownership of all projects and processes.QualificationsExperience and Skills Required:
Possess a BA/BS within marketing or business related field preferred but not required. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in print industry.
Skills/Competencies:
Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to maintain a consistent, positive attitude. Desire and ability to multi-task & meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
