- Prepare monthly financial statement for assigned properties
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and complete month-end closing
- SEC reporting related to 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K filings
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries required for financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- CPA doesn't have to be active but preferred
- Public company experience; GAAP, SOX
- Basic cost accounting knowledge
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Great customer service mind set
- Organized and ability to prioritize
