    Software Engineer / Coder / System Administrator

    MQC is looking for an Implementation Specialist (IndySoft, Metcal, Surecal, Python, etc.) whose main role will be to assist our internal team in evaluating day-to-day needs, developing configurations that support our business processes, and defining and executing on delivery and implementation plans. You will also be responsible for testing and troubleshooting the final system setups and providing limited training to our team during and after the implementation process.

    To be successful in this role, you will need basic programming (ie report writing, scripting, database) skills. Experience with Calibration/Metrology, RFID or IndySoft will be considered huge pluses.

    Our office is located in Chatsworth; however, we are open to remote work for an exceptional candidate.

    Implementation Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Be a subject manner expert on IndySoft's software and RFID applications
    • Provide assistance in developing specifications or system requirement documents
    • Define and communicate timelines for implementation
    • Build workflows to their specifications
    • Do advanced configurations
    • (Plus) Complete physical implementation of RFID components
    • Provide training to our internal team on the use of IndySoft and our applications

    Implementation Specialist Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
    • Excellent communication and social skills
    • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Creativity

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000. To be on the high end you must have IndySoft or related experience.

    The end results of your efforts will impact a wide range of industries (Commercial Calibration Labs, Aerospace, Automotive, Life Sciences, Energy, Manufacturing, and more).
