We are looking for an ERP System Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team in West Hollywood, CA.

TRIMA Triebeser Maschinenbau GmbH specializes in the production of bakery machines and offers a comprehensive range of products for all application areas.

From our location in Triebes, we supply customers from the industry and trade worldwide. We are a traditional company that uses its expertise and innovative power to develop and successfully market high-quality machines.

We are seeking an ERP System Administrator to support, maintain, and further develop our company's ERP software application.

You will monitor and analyze existing business processes and work with key users of the ERP system to develop them further.

Additionally, you will be responsible for training and supporting our employees in using the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

Configure, operate, and maintain the existing ERP application
Perform routine adjustments, handle troubleshooting and extension requests
Monitor patches/updates from the software provider
Configure input screens, set up users, and check access rights
Support and train employees in using the ERP system
Create and maintain program descriptions and system documentation

Our Requirements:

Successfully completed education in the field of business informatics or mechanical engineering (or a comparable specialized education, qualification, or relevant work experience)
Professional experience in a similar position and specific knowledge of the tasks is desirable
Understanding of technical and economic processes, crossfunctional understanding of processes in the company
Knowledge of ERP
