    Description

    Our Client, a Multinational Entertainment Company, is looking for someone to join their team as a Broadcast Distribution Specialist to join their team out of Los Angeles, CA

    ***This is a 6 Month Initial Contract position***

    Responsibilities:

    • Research, track, and take ownership of content delivery processes from start to finish.
    • Act as first point of contact between client and the studio, respond in a timely manner to all internal and external questions and concerns regarding TV Distribution product or deliveries
    • Research availability of materials needed to service clients within provided timeline, including time sensitive airdates/launches per contractual terms
    • Create, maintain and update purchase orders in inventory systems with relevant information
    • Lead onboarding processes with clients and work with clients to troubleshoot material rejections with vendors
    • Maintain reports of all products licensed, delivery requirements, and status of servicing
    • Complete status reports and research projects as requested by Sales group and manager
    • Interact with Sales, Sales Administration, Legal, Marketing, Publicity, Technical Services and outside Postproduction and storage facilities to prioritize asset creation and delivery
    • Coordinate with Manager, Sales, Finance and Legal to ensure that license agreements are properly approved before proceeding with delivery

    Qualifications:

    • One year experience in videotape and/or digital operations preferred
    • Knowledge of videotape, digital encoding formats and electronic delivery methods
