Duties

Typical work assignments include:

Serves as the validation technician for Internal Affairs.
Serves as liaison to establish working relationships with counterparts in local, state, and Federal law enforcement agencies.
Manages the intake module of the Joint Threat Information Management System (JTIMS), or other case management databases and generating case reports.
Gathers relevant information and responds to DHS or Federal agencies, as well as state and local entities, on matters where CISA has been asked to support an ongoing investigation.
