Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests, assign rooms, and provide them with appropriate information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle guest checkins and checkouts efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
