Your profile:
You have completed additional training in emergency care and have a certified management qualification.

You may have previous experience as a leader or have an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities for the first time.

In addition to your professional expertise, you possess a solution-oriented approach, strong social skills, and organizational abilities.
You are interested in digital and technical applications that allow for more time to focus on patient care.

Your responsibilities:
Collaborate with the interprofessional management team of the emergency department
Actively participate in steering and organizational measures to improve the patient journey
Coordinate and support projects
