    Job Description

    Galt Ocean Rehab is a locally owned business, providing substance use/mental health services to an adult population. We are client-centered and offer a supportive environment for recovery.

    The primary role of the BHT is in providing frontline support services to an adult client population suffering from substance abuse/mental health issues. Specifically, the main functions of the BHT are:

    1. Direct supervision of clients while at the Clinical offices, within the residential housing community and while participating in program functions within the community.

    2. Ensuring clients safety and well-being while in our care.

    3. Encouraging client participation and compliance in treatment related services, to include clinical, pharmacological, and holistic approaches.

    The BHT is responsible for a variety of routine tasks which are essential to the smooth daily operation of the program. Work is performed in accordance with established regulations, policies, and procedures. BHT's function under the direct supervision of the Director of Housing, and work is reviewed through an evaluation of the timely and accurate completion of assignments.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Salary: $ $17.00 per hour

    Expected hours: per week, day, evening, overnight, and weekends available
