    Description of Work

    This position consists of various customer service duties in the telecommunications area of Client Services, including answering incoming calls for telephone, data port and customer service requests, the application of telecommunications regulations and principles, and the installation, diagnosis, repair and calibration of telecommunications equipment.

    This position will be responsible for the processing of telecommunications related orders for connection of, changes to, and cancelling of service.

    This position will uphold the ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with integrity.

    #LI-DNI Minimum Required Qualifications Required Qualifications Two years post-secondary educationFour years customer service or related experienceExperience with personal computers and software packages, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Centrex features and programmingEquivalent combination of education, experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
