Seeking an individual that will consistently maintain a professional and cooperative attitude while working with the County Attorney's Office, outside agencies, and the public. The successful candidate will primarily use the office's case management system in conjunction with law enforcement to create case files and maintain records. The position will perform reception duties, accurately and timely distribute, and prepare mailings, reports, and documents according to office policy.
Experience performing clerical and secretarial duties for a practicing attorney or in a related legal capacity is desired.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from senior high school or equivalent supplemented by 2 years of experience in general office and clerical work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
