Purpose/Introduction:

Responsibilities:

Comply with all health, safety and environmental practices and policies.
Providing project support for new measurement installations and incorporating new technology to improve measurement systems.
Maintaining and inspecting measurement equipment (meter runs, orifice fittings, orifice plates, Coriolis meters, venturi tubes, vortex meters and flow tubes) on custody transfer and material balance meters.
Calibrating and witnessing calibration of custody transfer meters.
Programming of Omni flow computers.
Installing and maintaining 24hour composite product samplers in the operating units.
As necessary, providing oncall service for system changes and upsets (including nights and weekends).

Required Qualifications:

An associate degree in Instrumentation
Strong commitment to safety
Ability to complete assigned projects in a safe and timely manner
Strong troubleshooting skills
Selfstarter

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience interpreting and understanding technical drawings and procedures
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
Experience operating and programming Omni flow computers
Experience with programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's)
Live within 40 minutes to the facility
