Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Create shipping Labels in Fedex, UPS and Shipstation
  • Create Invoice based on orders received
  • Assist in office management duties such as filing and scanning paperwork
  • Provide personal assistant support to office executives
  • Send Samples as needed
  • Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Handle clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Transcribe meeting minutes accurately
  • Support customer support activities as needed

Experience:


  • Proven experience in organizational tasks within an office setting
  • Proficiency in data entry and office management procedures
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle clerical duties efficiently
  • Experience in transcribing meetings accurately

Pay:
$ $18.96 per hour
