Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Create shipping Labels in Fedex, UPS and Shipstation
- Create Invoice based on orders received
- Assist in office management duties such as filing and scanning paperwork
- Provide personal assistant support to office executives
- Send Samples as needed
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Handle clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Transcribe meeting minutes accurately
- Support customer support activities as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in organizational tasks within an office setting
- Proficiency in data entry and office management procedures
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle clerical duties efficiently
- Experience in transcribing meetings accurately

Pay:
$ $18.96 per hour
