We are a medium-sized company in the real estate industry located in Bloomfield, KY and we are looking for a dedicated insurance clerk (m/f/d) to join our insurance department.

Our office is centrally located in the city, close to KaDeWe.


Your responsibilities:

  • Processing insurance claims for our real estate portfolio
  • Formal and material review of reported damages
  • Correspondence with insurers and property management
  • Specialized contact person for colleagues and external service providers
  • Customer support for our existing clients
  • Creating statistics and reports of incurred damages
  • Actively participating in the development of processes and procedures
  • File management
  • Working with specialized software

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an insurance clerk, business economist, insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in claims handling, as well as in property and liability insurance
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confident appearance, negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Structured, organized and independent way of working
  • High level of commitment combined with a sense of responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Team player with a strong service mentality
  • Driver's license class B
