Our Profile:


The Quality Insights group focuses on the technology-driven advancement of quality management and researches application-oriented, data-based methods to support manufacturing companies.

Our main areas of focus include the development of novel concepts and methods to expand quality management.

This includes the modeling of production processes, cross-company analysis of production data for process optimization, as well as the development of novel machine learning applications for quality prediction and the integration of predictive quality in the industrial environment.


Our partners include renowned research institutes and well-known companies from the automotive and railway industries, mechanical and plant engineering, aerospace, and medical technology.

We also have international cooperation projects with institutes and companies from Europe, USA, Asia, South Africa, and Latin America.
