    Description

    Patriot Pool and Spa-Southlake wants to add a very experienced Pool Repair Technician to our growing team Knowledge of heaters and automation is a requirement for this position.

    Must be RAIL license certified ****We are building a company culture based on respect, integrity, and the knowledge that we are each valued for who we are and the professionalism that we bring to our day.

    Must have a high degree of mechanical aptitude and strong swimming pool operation systems knowledge. Familiarity with the different manufacturers/brands of equipment.

    Must be RAIL Certified ** Have an excellent working knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment functionality and the ability to explain it to the client.

    Have a working knowledge of pool plumbing and electrical wiring for pool/spa heaters and heat/cool pumps.
    Install and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
    Manage daily schedules with repair staff to ensure efficiency
    Work with office staff to ensure a high degree of accuracy with regard to accounting and billing
    Improve processes and come up with innovative ideas to help us grow to the next level
    Manage customer care issues and complaints
