Description

Order Management Administrator in SCM performs management retail orders for BNTCA customers fulfilled out of OC Warehouse including order entry, review, processing fulfillment coordination.

This includes working with Sales members to verify EDI or manually sent orders are accurately entered as well as making required adjustments as needed and also communication with OC Warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Compile and verify information on source data for entry into Acumatica including pricing, qty availability per Brand ordering rules including item allocations
  • Input/Modify/Cancel orders from customers or sales team from source documents within designated time frame?
  • Creation of Transfer Order types (TA, TR, TE, Etc.) that help to reserve inventory for future customer orders, BNTCA events
  • Review data for errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and communicate to sales team members and related warehouse personal of order status??
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files?
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies?
  • Provide timely support to prevent and quickly resolve problems with orders, products, sales initiatives, etc??
  • Keep information confidential?
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions?
  • Support roles and projects of Supervisor and Manager for reporting progress and minimizing fulfilment delays in scheduled shipment customers

  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE AND WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Organizational, auditing, and analytical experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently a plus
  • Ability to work overtime occasionally a must
  • ERP experience a plus (Acumatica, Netsuite, Oracle, Sage, Odoo etc.)
