WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE RESERVATIONS SPECIALIST
Greet all our clients with a smile and enthusiasm
Make reservations for daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments
Handle our pet clients
Make sure all our clients have the necessary documents
Upsell all services we offer

Reliable - you show up on time ready to work
Enthusiastic - you care about the services we provide and are happy to do your job
Detail oriented - you notice the subtle changes in pet behavior, feed and medicate them correctly
Tidy - you love to clean and keep your surroundings spotless
Passionate - you truly care about the well-being of pets
YOU POSSESS THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or pet care
Phone and computer skills
High school diploma

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $15.50/hour.
